1. Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness for both parties, 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

• Late Cancellations / No-shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will be charged at 100% of the session fee.

• Emergency Cancellations

Genuine emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• The services provided are not a substitute for medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• I am not a licensed medical professional, therapist, or counsellor.

• Sessions are offered for spiritual guidance, personal reflection, and holistic support, and are not intended to replace professional healthcare.

3. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Personal Data

Your personal information will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

• Use of Information

Details provided for booking and payment are used solely for scheduling, communication, and processing payments.

• Security

All personal information is stored securely and used only for the purposes outlined here.

• Session Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality.

• Consent

By booking a session, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described above.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed via PayFast or EFT (South Africa) and PayPal (international clients).

• Full payment is required at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.

• Refunds are provided only where the cancellation policy has been honoured, or if the service cannot be provided. In some cases, credit may be applied to a future booking instead of a refund.

5. Personal Responsibility

• Guidance offered during sessions is intended to support awareness and reflection.

• Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and well-being before, during, and after the session.
