Bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable.

Emergency cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Astrology consultations are offered for guidance, reflection, and personal insight.

These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support where required.

Personal information provided for booking, communication, and payment purposes will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

Information shared during consultations is treated with respect and confidentiality.

By booking a consultation, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes described above.

Payment methods include EFT or PayFast (South African clients) and PayPal (Outside South Africa).

Payment is due prior to your consultation.

Refunds are provided only where the cancellation policy has been honoured or where the service cannot be provided.

Astrological guidance is intended to support awareness and reflection.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing before, during, and after a consultation.
